the Bears seem to think that a limit of 45 yards on a good day that never comes in chicago is perfectly fine when the league avg is 52 yards so......
why not hire two kickers on for great 1-45yard kicks a strong power kicker a person who not only can
kick 45+ but who can punt the ball in the end-zone so there is no chance for a run back at all

thats waaaay outside the box of normal thinking
